I am going to have afternoon tea with a friend at a really super cute tea room in CT this weekend.
We have our bathroom floor being ripped out on Monday and then company coming from Canada on Thurs.
I start school again next week. I only registered for one class though b/c I originally thought it was twins
So now I will just focus on the house renovations and pray that the market gets batter so we can find a bigger house! Seriously-living in the city in a 1100 sq ft house with two monster dogs, a mommy, daddy and baby-is not to be cozy!

Jen, you ARE going to get pregnant this weekend...and we will be cheering you and Walt all the way!!

I have one more question for you my little scientist. Do you know anything about low estrogen and pregnancy? I think I might have this issue but my RE keeps dismissing this whenever I bring it up. Have any of your people mentioned this to you before? Maybe only low progesterone can harm a pregnancy. I don't know, thankfully I'll be seeing my RE on Monday at her new clinic so I guess I'll grill her for info.

Susan...my house is even smaller. I know your pain!

Estrogen helps maintain a pregnancy and regulates the production of progesterone. Low levels CAN cause m/c. Have you had your levels checked? What were they and what days was the level on? This is the reference range that I have (although some labs vary):

Follicular phase (Cd3): 19-83
Midcycle: 150-528
Luteal phase (+2): 58-157
(+6): 60-211
(+12):55-160
Post menopausal: <31

I am a girlie girl

the whole time I am sipping I will be thinking of you and Walt though!!

My step-dad just got readmitted for another diverticulitis episode. looks like this time they are going to operate. Get this. My grandpa that just died last name was Cataldo. The surgeon walks in and introduces himself as Dr. Cataldo(not a common name unless they are relatives!) My mom said, 'I am ***** Cataldo"!
No relation but I thought it was kind of freaky! Almost like my grandpa is the surgeon!!

Evening ladies! I'm tired, whatever. LOL

Whoever (i'm sorry I can't remember!) said that my kitties are lazy, I assure you, this is NOT the case. Ha ha. They were kittens in the video so they were just finishing up with a play and were getting cozy. i don't know if you heard all the noise in the background but they were pretty grumpy with the renos going on around them! lol. But again, they're very active especially when we let them sleep in our room. They wrestle the entire time until we kick them out! lol

Ok, I'm officially in my two week wait...and my stupid boobs are hurting already, I have a bit of acne...and I'm driving myself insane! Is the two weeks up yet? I wanna test already! LOL

How's eveyrone doing tonight?

Alana- Sorry to hear you're not feeling well.

Jen- YOu are definately getting PG tomorrow!

Anyone up for a chat? If not that's okay!

You know what Jen, I have absolutely no idea. I do seem to recall at my last IUI the RE saying it was in the two hundreds at the time of IUI. However when we found out I was miscarrying he said it was low. Would it have dropped do you think and caused the miscarraige? Or is it likely the miscarriage caused the estrogen to drop?

This is very confusing. The one thing my RE did say is she will monitor me very very heavily if I get a bfp again, so hopefully if theres low hormones she can raise them.

Hi Shawna
