Peachy, thanks for your words of wisdom. I'll pluck up the courage to call the crappy nurse again. I get all nervous when I have to call and fail to recall anything they tell me usually.

Ronni, great lining - yay.

Shelly love the elephant - very cool. I feel like I need to hunt down a lucky charm of some sorts real fast. Feeling like I need some extra help. I never did buy the inner peace statue.

Susan, man I got stuck in the elevator at the Providence Mall for 20 minutes one time. Luckily DH and DD were there with me and when the "guys" came to let us out they were joking too and saying "sometimes this one is a bit slow and you have to be patient" ??? We couldn't be bothered making a big deal out of it. Oh, and I bet the black hair looks exotic!!

Alana, thinking of you.

Martie, I'm only on estrace and eventually if we proceed then progesterone. Good luck to you too.

Shawna - Keep harrassing those doctors with the phone calls!! I know the bleeding must be horrible. They need to call you back and give you some advice already.

Shelly - What a wonderful thing to give blood today on 9/11. You are definitely getting lots of check marks in the good book in the next week! Do you have family close by that you spend the holidays with? We always go to my parents for a huge meal after synagogue. We're trying to keep my pregnancy complications from my grandparents who live in Floriday so hopefully no one will spill the beans in front of the rest of the family this week. I'm with you - I think everyone should get to practice whatever they want whenever they want. Of course, since our religion is against trying to convert others, I'm not super into people trying to talk me into joining their church. But, most people are pretty accepting. Actually, I have a funny story! My parents were recently at a horse auction in deep south Georgia. They got to talking to the two farmers next to them and they offered my parents some pig skins. Well, when my Mom responded that she didn't eat pork, the two farmers immediately said "Oh, you're the chosen people!" They were big on Church and had spent lots of time reading the Old Testament. Went on to tell my Mom that we shouldn't give up one inch of Israel. Who would've thought at all places??

Heidi - Make a list of questions for the nurse and just keep it with you. I always do that for my doctor appts. I have a flip cell phone so I actually tuck the list into my flip part so I'll have it right there. Keeps me focused during the conversation and gives me the courage to ask those questions I would usually push to the back of my mind.

Ronni - I keep forgetting to tell you but your Body Glide recommendation has been saving my thighs over here! Let us know what happens at the u/s tomorrow.

Alana - I hope you're sitting around with your encouraging DH eating bon bons.

Well, I went to get Mexican tonight and the guy working the counter kept asking me "Just one?". I thought he was talking about burritos so I kept saying Just one. Took me a couple tries but then I realized he was referring to the size of my tummy and twins! Opps. I'll just pretend it was a translation thing.

Oh Rachael- too funny. Just one burrito!!!

Ronni- lining sounds great!

Susan- what a crappy day. maybe you should stop eating strawberry pop tarts

Alana- how are you hun?

Heidi-I am glad Rachael had some good info for you. You will be fine for your FET. We are rooting you on!

Shawna- you gotta get a hold of your Dr. This is crazy!

Shelly- my elephant on my bracelet has his trunk turned up!

Hey to everyone else.

Sorry I am so blah tonight. When I got home from work I just started to cry. DH and I were going to do yoga, but we blew it off. Instead we went to Best Buy and Kohls (I had $10 for Kohls so got me a pair of Levi's.) and Buffalo Wild Wings. I feel so full that I want to barf. And want to cry again. I truly hate clomid. Tomorrow is the last dose.

Oh yeah, I just found out that my stupid iguana is eating cat litter! She used to eat sand when I took her to the beach, but cat litter? Yuck!!! I had to pull her out of the litter box, and it is one of those enclosed ones with a ramp that goes off to the right so the cats won't track as much litter around...

Jen - there was just a story on our news about someone that stole money from the tip jar at BR and now baskin robbins is offering 5 years of free ice cream if you turn in the bandit! Yum. I'm sorry the clomid is getting to you. These hormones are so crazy. And, then we're supposed to be bd'ing when you feel like that?? Maybe you should get the iguana her own little sand box. Like one of those turtles boxes we all had as kids. Oh, but then would the cats use the sandbox as their litterbox? This is getting complicated.

I'm a little in a funk here too. DH's other manager at the restaurant has been on vacation so DH is on day 9 of 10 days straight at work. So, I was sitting there tonight thinking I never imagined myself married and eating dinner by myself 9 days straight. Weird lifestyle right now. Plus, I'm suddenly at this stage where I have no single friends anymore. I used to just go out with single friends when DH was working nights. I think I'm talking to the dog way too much these days

My Mom stopped by to visit with me this afternoon and she asked about all my online friends. I tried to tell her about Alana's hard week and I started crying too...

Thanks Rach- on top of my dinner making me feel like the good-years blimp, I can't even go to BR for $1 scoop night (every Tues) cause I am so freakin' full. DH has proclaimed the $1 scoop night as part of us getting the full fat milk to help with pg (okay, I am not really sure about that study, but it is fun to use it as an excuse to eat ice cream!). Well, Tues is also 40 cent wing night (they raised it from 35 cents!) and we hadn't been in awhile so DH thought it would cheer me up. So, now I am bloated, missing my ice cream, and incredibly cranky. So much for DH's plan.
But I did get a new pair of jeans...

Don't worry about talking to the dog. When he starts answering you back...

Etienne is very talkative. We have entire conversations with her in the 5 minutes she is awake in the evening.

Jen - I'm not a big wing person. Too much effort for too little food! And what a mess. I'm the type that cuts pizza if it has toppings! I wish there was a BR closer to me. Only TCBY close by and I am all for the full fat BR mint chocolate chip! Maybe I should go over there and buy an entire pint to have in the house. Not sure I could resist that temptation. Speaking of jeans, I wore my size L maternity jeans tonight and they are tight in the behind!! This butt better stop growing soon. I don't even know if they make an XL in maternity.

Cooper (my dog) is way to tired to answer back tonight. He went to daycare and then shared Mexican and an apple with me. Now, he's passed out with droopy eyes.

Cooper is all male. I so miss having a female dog around. He does make funny noises though when he crunches on apples.

I'm off to sleep over here. Good night....

Last dose of clomid today!

I feel gross today. I didn't get more than about 3.5 hours sleep (neither DH nor I could get to bed last night!) and the chicken wings still haven't settled.

How's everyone else doing?

Hi Tia-we can be in a moody funk together today. I wanted to call in dead but I am planning on using that excuse next week after my IUI...

What yoga info? I can't remember saying anything but that DH and I were too lazy to go last night

Jen - Waa Hoo!! Last dose of clomid today! Yipee!!! I'm sorry it's had you in such a tailspin. Sounds like me on BCP. I'm so glad this phase is winding up for you. Hope you finally digest those wings this morning.

Rachael - I'm with you on the wings...unless their boneless, I'll pass.

Alana - How you doing sweetie? We're thinking of you!!!

Sunny - Have you decided how to handle your guests with your upcoming FET?

Well I trigger tonight and my ER is Friday morning. I talked with my favorite nurse after my stim check today and she's predicting 9 eggs based on how my follicles are measuring today. My left side is only contributing maybe 2. That explains all the cramping on my right side, huh?! I also got a quick lesson in monitoring and treating OHSS since my E2 will likely be over 2400 today when my blood work comes back. I'm awful about drinking enough fluids so this should be interesting. One of my co-workers left 8 cups of water on my desk one day and wouldn't let me leave until I'd finished all of them. She even took the plants out of my office so I couldn't dump the water in there. I have great friends - really!

I gotta say...I'm still not worried or freaking out this cycle about anything. I just feel like there's nothing to be concerned about and that it's going to work. And...I know from my last experience that there's really nothing I can do to control it anyway. I'll gladly take any prayers, mantras, good vibes, voodoo, karma and baby dust that anyone wants to throw my way!!!

Ronni hun....9 follies!! WOOOHOOO, I hope they get them all on Friday and that each one of them fertilizes and becomes a healthy little embaby. I will definately do some sort of chanting for you. I have been trying out the buddhist chant lately, its supposed to be good for stress etc. I think its 'Nam Myoho Renge Kyo'. I just mutter it over and over again and strangely enough I do feel very calm. I think its also good for making stuff happen, so I'll chant away for you today and tomorrow. In fact, I'll chant for all you girls cycles, there lots happening this month so I'm going to expect a tonne of BFP's. No pressure or anything.

Anyway, thank you girls for thinking of me the last couple of days. I think I've been getting all your caring vibes all the way here in Toronto as I've definately not felt alone in this at all, even though I've told no-one. We actually went in to the clinic today to get another beta to see if they are falling properly, and DH demanded that we see the doctor at the same time. My doctor actually sat down one to one with us, which I commented on and he looked hurt that we didn't think he gives us enough time. Which is good as they have been very slack. Anyway, we said we wanted tests done even though its only two miscarriages (three we think but no proof for the doctors) and he said thats fine. So thats good. We are going to get the blood done, also chromosome testing, which we need to go to America for as in Canada it takes 6 months for the results! And something else that I can't remember.

My RE thought we should keep doing IUI's in the meantime though if we are up to handling more miscarriages. His theory is that we are currently just unlucky, but I'm not so sure about that. I guess though not doing any treatments is a bit of a waste so as long as we find out early enough that its not viable so we don't need ultrasounds etc I'd probably be okay with that. But we are also seeing another clinic in the next few days also just to get a second opinion and see what they say. I don't think it can hurt.

So, thats this mornings events in a nutshell. Thanks to your conversation yesterday I now have BR on the brain. Chocolate chip....yummy!! I'm feeling okay today, much much better than the last miscarriage. I think the first is definately the worst. Its just such a shock. I hope you girls are all doing fine and not letting the hormones drive you too crazy. I really hope oneday we can all meet up in person, that would be so much fun and would be like seeing old friends or something. We'll have to plan it someday.
