Thanks Brenna-I too don't understand why you would want to stock pile embies? Seems like lots of people have ethical issues on what to do with them. Not everyone is agreeable to donate them. Could you actually dispose of the life you formed? I couldn't. Besides, IVF is invasive. FET is much less so. If you could do FET, why not? The purpose is to get pg, not stock pile embies.

My RE said it would be to increase your odds for success with a cycle, but I would have issues with the 'leftover' snowbabies too.

I guess they could donate them for research or something? I don't know...after watching this pregnancy grow from a tiny flashing dot to a little baby with a nose I have a bit more respect for embryos now. They are, after all, our future children. Still...I'm also not into giving them human rights or anything like whats happening in parts of the US etc. I think that gets too murky. I mean, with 14 embryos would that mean 14 dependants that need social insurance numbers and tax breaks?? It gets a little murky doesn't it.

Still...they are potential babies...14 does seem like alot.

Okay...so I just looked in the mirror (bad idea) and honestly...I look like a heroin addict! I have never been this pale. Even in winter in Australia and NZ I at least got a little sunlight on my face. Does anyone know if using tanning beds is okay during pregnancy? I'd assume it not due to the heat thing...I'm just feeling so darn hideous at the moment, and I've always found tanning creams etc go orange on me.

Anyone else looking sickly and pale at the moment??

Haha...thats funny Jen. Tell Walt even with the shutdown you won't be spending it with him. We have FB after all!

Speaking of husbands, I really should go organize something to eat. Shawna, I hope you see this and post with some updates before they close us down. I'll be very worried until Saturday otherwise.

That goes for you too Amy.

Oh Lord, what will we do?

Brenna- My blood pressure has been pretty low since the begining of my pregnancy. It is slowly starting to creep back up though. I feel much betetr than I did earlier today after that three hour nap.
DH is coming home at a decent hour tonight so we can eart together and watch a movie.
He knew I was weepy today and he called me out of the blue and said, "You know I love you, right?"
I said, that I did not b/c he never tells me and he is never home. I am never satisfied with anything.
I too feel like an unproductive member of society. I have tried to volunteer for RESOLVE but they never call me back. I have to find something else to volunteer for. I also voluteered for the Barack Obama campaign bu t they always want me to fly somewhere else...

I really think I might be depressed. I changed my appt to tomorrow so I can see my own OB.
I will talk to him about being depressed for no reason.
Thankfully we did daylight savings early this year. It's 6:30 and still light out
Maybe it was the lack of Vit D from the sun that is causing my depression. This winter seems sooooo long. Ughhh. I want to move. Where are there beautiful beaches, coastlines, warm weather, good food and nice people?
I want to live there.
