I forgot to mention...
After we lost our boys I read the book Empty Cradle, Broken Hearts. It helped us, it may do the same for you. It is for people who have lost an infant at any stage in pregnancy or soon after birth. Also writing has helped deal with some emotions.
These are just some thoughts that maybe will help you with what you are feeling because it is so overwelming and your brain needs to catch up with what is happening to your body (as my therapist says...). xoxo Cat

I'm so sorry for your loss Rachel. No matter where in the pregnancy it happens, it is still incredibly difficult to go through. I wish everyone who has gone through IVF could have a success in the end. I hope you get to experience that one day.
