I forgot to mention...

After we lost our boys I read the book Empty Cradle, Broken Hearts. It helped us, it may do the same for you. It is for people who have lost an infant at any stage in pregnancy or soon after birth. Also writing has helped deal with some emotions.

These are just some thoughts that maybe will help you with what you are feeling because it is so overwelming and your brain needs to catch up with what is happening to your body (as my therapist says...).

I'm so sorry for your loss. A loss is a loss, they all really suck! Beyond words. I'm so sorry. It does seem like a chemical pregnancy, what you describe is what I went through. My heart breaks for you! I don't think you should make an rash decisions on trying again though. I'm so sorry!!

I'm so sorry for your loss Rachel. No matter where in the pregnancy it happens, it is still incredibly difficult to go through. I wish everyone who has gone through IVF could have a success in the end. I hope you get to experience that one day.
