I have a friend who had a similar issue. She missed her periods and had multiple negative pregnancy tests before going to the dr. She found out that she has high progesterone hormone levels which caused her to lactate. She got on some medication to even out her hormones so that she started having her period again and she and her husband could continue trying to conceive.
