Question am I pregnant or should I be worried?

I have been using a fertilty monitor for two cycles (trying for about 5 cycles) and it told me this last month I reached peak (LH surge) on day 9. I have been regular since 13 months after my first baby and had hormone tests (normal). I was due on day 21 of cycle according to FM since my luteal phase is about 12-13 days long. I am at 18 DPO and did a HPT two days ago BFN. I had cramps and a tiny spot once a day when I wiped on DPO 12-15. No spotting, just twinges in uterus. HPT negative today (didn't use morning urine). I don't know what's going on. Has anyone tested positive very late after ovulation? I can't see my dr. for another three weeks and feel anxious. No other symptoms. just feel weird.

In my experience, taking an HPT that many days after O would give you an accurate result. Maybe you surged but didn't actually ovulate at that time. I'm not sure if that's even possible but I would probably wait about 3 days and then test again with morning urine.
