Any ideas on distinguishing premenstral symptoms, ie breast soreness and crampiness vs early pregnancy symptoms? I've had 3 IUI's (awaiting results of #3, should know by mid week) and each month I have had either no symptoms (unusual for me) or been very sore. Should I be discouraged by getting symptoms like the normal PMS breast tenderness, or is there really no way to differentiate? This is so stressful!! Thanks

I know where you're coming from in the stress department. I think I have a new symptom every month. I can tell you that the 2 times that I was pregnant (but had m/c) my breasts were extremely sore and I had cramps before I was supposed to get AF. Both times I figured that AF was coming. Not sure what to make of my symptoms each month but I do think that breast tenderness plays a big part in it.

I couldn't tell the difference. I had sore breasts that never stopped hurting the whole 2 weeks, twingy cramps, and crankiness. Sorry!

Exact same situation for me - 2 m/c, both with breast soreness and cramps. But the last 2 cycles I had (on Clomid) I had very bad breast soreness and no cramps...go figure.
