Needing Baby Dust...

Hi Everyone! I am very new to this, as in posting not trying, but month after month of getting these BFN is getting old. I still feel lthat I am somewhat new to this but then I realize we have been trying since April! I was on BCP for a long time and now my cycles are so werid, currently on day 48. I went to the dr. and had a normal blood sample and a normal transvaginal ultrasound. Not sure what the next step is...I guess waiting until April...not sure I can make that long...any advice would be greatly appreciated! Oh, and my symptom, almost forgot...is sore boobs..as well as being so late but not so sure that is as much a symptom as a side effect. Thanks!

Day 48 and sore bbs? Sounds kind of promising to me. Have you POAS?

Yes, twice yesterday...lol...both negative. The one in the morning was a very faint negative line (I usually get bold) but from what I have read doesn't seem like that makes a difference. My cycles have just been so weird I can't bear getting my hopes up. This is the longest cycle I have had since March, that one was 80 days. The rest have hovered around 40 with the shortest being the last one at 30 days. It is just so confusing. When my NP called to tell me my blood and everything was normal she told me to start charting my BBT, but I wanted to wait until I started my period. I took one this morning for the heck of it and it was at 98.16, which is high for me...oh, it just so hard not hope this is the time! Thanks for replying!

Here's lots and lots of baby dust!!!

WHen your cycle is so irregular who knows when you ovulate so it could be that this is your month. I certainly hope so! When I got pg with my ectopic I didn't get a BFP until about day 45 because I also had the most irregular cycles. I had given up hope and was going to see an RE at the end of the summer and then boom - right when school let out it happened. I hope you get your BFP and all is safe and well with the little bean.

Thank you so much and good luck to you to! Definitely keep us posted! I am working in a hospital right now and many of the nurses are pregnant and there was a baby shower toda, luckily I am not a nurse so I wasn't invited...I think the baby fever would have gotten so bad I would have had to be admitted...lol...I just hope that will be me soon! I sometimes just want to give them a big hug, and not just to be nice and supportive but in hopes that it will rub off on me...

I think so many of you are here are so brave! I have been at this less than a year and it is hard, I can't even imagine how some of you feel. Thanks for all the support and inspiration...I don't know how people made it through this type of stuff before the internet, at least those of us to shy for support groups.

wow 48 day cycle is a loooong cycle... My cycles ranged anywhere from 40-60 days long and then I started seeing my RE and started our fertility treatments... I was put on birth control for about 7-9 days (i forgot how long exactly) and got my period around day 30 something and since then I have had normal cycle legnths at about 25-26 days long. Maybe this is what needs to happen? I have some baby dust for you, and I hope that you are able to get back on track and start figuring out what's going to bring you your future BFP!

You have no idea how many times I have thought about going to get a pack of BCP, already have the script from last year, and do that. A friend of mine, now in her 70's, said that she was having trouble getting PG and the Dr. put her on them for one month and boom! Also the only time I have had EWCM this year has been the month right after I went off the pill. I am just such a nerd about doing what the dr. says...lol...I am dying to POAS to see if I get any good news...like the horomones will finally be there or something. Congrats for you! So do you know if it is a boy or girl and you just aren't sharing or do you know yet???

48 days is a long time! It can be so hard to wait to POAS. (Honestly...I never thought....especially five years ago...that I'd say something like that!) Keep us posted!

Hey Ladies, well I couldn't resist any longer and got a BFN this morning. This is day 52! Geez...It is not only not being PG that freaks me out at this point but something else being wrong that I don't know about. I don't know when/if I am ovulating or going to start AF. So frustrating...I am thinking about emailing my Nurse Pract. today or tomorrow to see what she thinks...what do y'all think? I don't want to seem over paranoid...

I am going a little crazy...

Ok, so the test I took this morning...took it...negative and then I got home this afternoon and it had an evaporation line on it. I am not typically crazy. I know this is an evaporation line but it got me excited just the same so I decided to take another one, once again negative...this is just so awful...alright done venting I think...thanks for reading!

Thanks ladies, I feel bad venting when we have been trying for just ten months. I hope y'all don't think I am horrible. I just never had an evaporation line before it was so hopeful to see something else on there beside that dark negative line!! We are spending the weekend with friends so I doubt I will get a chance to test again...which is probably a good thing but who knows, I will probably sneak one in somewhere...if not then Monday if I haven't started, does anyone have any suggestions about when to contact my nurse pract. about this long cycle?? 60 days? 70 days?? If feels like this thing could go on forever!
