Okay, so if I am back on track w/ my normal 26-28 day cycle then AF should be here tomorrow,at the latest....otherwise she could still be 2wks away(clomid last cycle very long 43days)!! My question is, Is it possible to be preggo and have tenderness in the tummy like when I ovulate. I swear, if I didn't know any better, I would swear I was ovulating!!! No other real symptoms, sore nips but I had that last month and got a BFN. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated! I try not to get my hopes up, but we all know how hard that is!!!!!!

Have you not tested yet? I have already tested twice (unfortunately both were bfn). I too have had the same types of symptoms you are feeling. I feel like I am having ovulation like cramps and have sore nips too. Hope you get your bfp! 11 follies, one of them must have released an egg, gotten fertilzed and implanted. Good luck!

My breast tenderness always goes away by day 10 and that is with progesterone supplements. It seems like the fact that you are experiencing it is a good sign. Did they say anything about the sizes of your follicles? Sorry I only get 1 or 2 so 11 really fascinates me!

Ovulating with so many eggs can cause tenderness and OHSS symptoms.

I experienced it both times I ovulated with many eggs (first time 7-10 eggs and LOTS of soreness in my abdomen and second time with 2-4 eggs and some soreness but not as much as the first time). From the moment I ovulated (I could actually feel it when it ovulated...like sharp little pin pricks several times on my ovaries) soon after I became very sore and it lasted through the next week or two.

I had lots of sorenes in my ovaries, it felt really full in there and lots of pressure on my bladder, it hurt to walk/sit or even sleep in certian positions, and even the littlest bumps when driving in the car hurt, it also hurt to go pee but even worse to have a bowel movement.

In both instances I got a . So I'd definately say abdomen pain (especially when you've ovualted with so many eggs) is a GOOD sign that you ovulated and that you will likely get your soon.

I had 11 follies, 9 mature and I ovulated on the 26th, I am nearing the end of the 2ww one way or another. The tenderness went away a couple of days after ovulation, so I am wondering if it could be the !!!!!I am hoping, I will try to wait until I am actually late, if I make it,to test because I tested on CD29 last month and got a , then had to wait 2 more weeks for!!!!! !!!thanks for all the input, it helps ease the craziness, you girls are the best!!!!!!!

Well, AF came on Wed, sort of, just brown with a little pink/red, but then today it slowed to nothing, Talked to the RE and was told to take a preg test and call them with the results....of BFN, so the said nurse I will let the RE know and then call you w/ the plan for this month. well she called me back and said before I start anything for this month they need me to get BW/US done to see what is going on, so now I have a whole new set of worries, because I know I am not preg. so why testing before the cycle begins, I usually don't have these test until cd14 or 15. I guess i'll find out tomorrow!!!!!

My doctor always does a baseline ultrasound and bloodwork. Their basically checking to make sure you don't have any cysts. If you have some (which might be causing the tenderness) then they may have to put you on BCP's for a couple weeks to shrink them before you can start a new cycle.
