I'm 30 & I was diagnosed with POF 9 years ago. I had two children before this diagnosis, but I am now married and we are TTC. I have not had a cycle on my own in 9 years...only with the help of birth control. I recently started taking Chasteberry & I have read about taking DHEA so now I'm considering that. My FSH levels are 55.7 & my DHEA levels are 179. Has anyone been in this situation and been able to conceive? I really need to be encouraged!! Thanks in advance everyone!!

I have not been in your situation. I can tell you that many people have succeeded with Chinese medicine, meditation, stress reduction, etc. Have you looked into these things?
