Hi! I'm new to the forum and just starting my (in)fertility journey.

I had a hysteroscpy/lap done a couple of weeks ago to have a uterine septum removed. I was also diagnosed with DOR (FSH=15.4/low AFC). My RE recommended to do one IUI with Clomid and if that doesn't work, move straight to IVF.

I'm not very hopeful that an IUI with just Clomid will work. Isn't there a more aggressive approach for IUI other than just Clomid? I've read that some women respond better to injectables.

I appreciate your help and would welcome lots of success stories.
