Just wanted to introduce myself a little. My husband and I have been together little over 7 years and will be married 4 years Oct. 15th. We have been trying for about 4 years now. I was diagnosed with PCOS about 3 years ago. I was immediately put on Metformin and Provera (10 days a month). Being afraid what I would find out I finally went to a fertility specialist the end of July 09. After many test done on me and my husband we were told we needed to try Clomid w/IUI. We I started the Clomid in Sept 09 on my third day for 5 days. Then estrogen starting day 9 for 4 days. I went for my first f/scan and found out I had 4 follies, two in each ovary. Their sizes were 15mm, 14mm, 11mm, and 10 mm. Not being big enough I went back two days later and not much change still they were to small measuring 16mm, 15mm, and the other two did grow at all. So they sent me home and said for me to do home ovulation test and if I ovulate to call them and they will put me on the schedule for the IUI's if I don't ovulate in the next 3 days I needed to go back for another f/scan. So I ended up not ovulating and going back yesterday for my final f/scan to see what was going on because over the weekend I also started having trouble pain in my lower stomach. Come to find out none of them had grown but I have grown more of them now having 5 in my left ovary and 4 in my right. So I was sent home with we have to wait for my next cycle and they are going to try to give me something to stimulate the growth of the follies.
