My husband and I have been TTC for two years now. We tried six cycles of clomid (three with IUI) and have had three cycles of Follistim with IUI. Of my six IUI's, the latest one brought on quite a bit of cramping. It has now been two days since the IUI and I am still cramping. NONE of the other IUI's were painful. I called the nurse yesterday and she said that some cramping is normal. Has anyone experienced cramping days after the IUI?

We have also been ttc for over 2 years. I have had 4 IUI's with bad cramping with 2 of them. The two I had cramping with though were cycles that I had to have the shot to ovulate. I don't know if you had the shot or not but I have heard of other women getting cramping with this shot as well. The two cycles without the shot were fine and no cramping. I would call your doctor if I were you. Better to be safe then sorry I think. Good Luck.
