Anyone experience AF like symptoms and horrible rages from meds and IVF transfer? I am peeing all through the night and ready to kill. Any thoughts?

I have been on those unbelieveable injections for the past week and I have to feel like I have a bladder problem. I thought it was just me. Are you experiencing any pain when you pee??

I have been on those unbelieveable shots for a week now and I feel like I have a bladder problem. I am peeing all the time and really thirsty all the time. Have you had any pain like you feel like you have a bladder infection??

I am going through an IVF cycle and have been on Lupron since the end of June and they just upped my Estrace to 2mg 2x a day. I feel like I have PMS which for me means wanting to kill someone. I get very nasty when I have PMS. I am aware of it and do my best to control it but I just want to kill people when they don't do something I ask them to do or get out of my way fast enough. I also feel like crying at the same time. This is just a horrible way to feel. I've also gained 2 pounds which isn't really a lot except that its all in my gut so my shorts aren't fitting comfortably.

omg ladies i thought maybe if i went to injectibles i wouldn't be this moody but it's looking like i'm wrong...i'm sorry you all feel so badly i know i feel like i could strangle someone for nothing sometimes and was bawling yesterday for no good reason and i'm only on my 3rd cycle of clomid lol...looks like i might not be a good candidate for injectibles...you know come to think of it i had to pee like every hour on the days i was taking the clomid but it got better once i stopped wonder if that's the hormones or the medicine itself...well here's to hopin for a and no more meds

Exactly what u said: up all night, plus bloated, leg pains, & cried hard yesterday. At least the leg blood clot was ruled out. I feel miserable too. Hug for you.

I can totally relate, I just started crying right now from thinking about how moody I've been over the last 2 days and I just started Follistim and low dose hCG 4 days ago!! Plus i totally feel like crampy and bloated.....but hopefully this ends with a . Thanks for letting me know I'm not alone with this one. Now, if someone can just talk to dh for me....he thinks i should be able to "control" this.

I feel your pain. I started follistem on Saturday.........I have felt so tired. I got invited out last night and tonight to really fun parties...but can barely get out of bed. I am not typically a couch potato. I guess I will have to slow down temporarily...

I took the growth hormone shots, they were called saizen. That was for my 2nd IVF, where I also took testosterone patches for 3 days before the shots. It was a crazy protocol that my RE swore he was seeing the best results on. Well, for me, it was the worst egg quality I had out of all three cycles. Out of 9 eggs retrieved, only 3 were viable for fertilization and on day 3, I had 2 eggs left and they were severly fragmented 6 cells. Obviously, BFN.I don't mean to be a downer but that's my story. My RE tried to get me to do them again for the 3rd IVF but I absolutely refused and used the protocol suggested by another Dr. I thankfully got pg on the 3rd IVF.
