nudles74: thanks for posting your story. i haven't been around in awhile. I too have a similiar story, 3m/c's and i hope my story ends just like yours...and I'm currently 21 weeks pregnant with #4.
DRB: I just caught up on everyone and I'm so sorry you won't get to try PGD. I know you were really hoping for it! I am quite happy to hear you are getting ready for IVF! Please keep us posted! I'm cheering you and the others on! You and Jessstillwaits seem to be starting soon on your IVF journey! I'm crossing every finger and toe for you! maggie

Me: 35 (RPL, + for Heterozygote (Genotype: PAI-1 5G/4G) & + for Homozygote MTHFR 677 (C->T) – begin B6, B12, baby aspirin daily. Normal HSG & Karotype.) DH: 35 Pregnancy #1: 2/08 = M/C #1 @ 6w1d = D&C Pregnancy #2: 3/09 = M/C#2 @ 6w2d = D&C Pregnancy #3: 5/20/09= 1st IUI w/ Femara (w/ estrogen & progesterone) = BFP @13dpiui (begin Lovenex shots 60mg daily) 6/15/09 = M/C #3 @ 26dpiui= natural Pregnancy #4: 7/16/09 =Beta @ 29 OMG!  Begin Lovenox 60mg, Progesterone suppositories & Estrogen patches9/24/09 = NT scan - measures 13 weeks, 4 days.  Make a pregnancy ticker

I know, totally bummed. 6K was a lot of money. If we could have done it for 4 we would have. so, I am not expecting anything off this at all. Nothing will be different, so why would there be a different outcome? Luck, maybe, but not getting my hopes up. I am doing this mainly to close the door, sealed shut. I start stims on Saturday, and yep our little Jess will be right behind me. We are both not all puppies and rainbows on this stuff, as you would expect.

Me-Denise- 39- fsh of 4.7-6.2, all clear. Tiny cervix may be the culprit or just old. I don't know. DH-Jason-35 Perfect 3 cute Chihuahua babies. We live in Texas. Jan 21, 2009 First RE appt All test good. FSH, Clomid Challenge, HSG Feb 2, 2009 IUI #1 February 15, 2009 March 2nd. 6wks Cramping. blood, Beta 500  IUI #2 May 2009 June 22nd Sonogram. Heartbeat. Measuring 6 days small though  June 29th #2 Devistated.Work up and NEW RE: Batter of tests -Everything checks out fine. Only blip is IGM medium positive, which has nothing to do with anything. Bad luck? one more IUI then maybe IVF with PGD IUI#3 10/8 POAS  IVF#1 and hopefully my last 10/28 Materal Fetal Medicine 2nd opinion on IGM positive on test that was found. Nov 4th Start BCP for Antagonist IVF protocol Nov 21st Start Stims 300 Gonal F and 150 Menopur

I know what you mean. I think that we will do two cycles of back to back IUIs just to fill like I gave it my all! Praying for the miracle but also trying to brace myself for reality that we may be done  .Keep us updated on how things go, will be praying for you!!

me-37 unexplained fertility dh-48 perfect. TTC #2 since 8/07 11/05 natural cycle, missed m/c at 7weeks , d&c6/06 natural cycle, no meds, no problems, 2/07 healthy baby boy (our little miracle baby)12/07 natural cycle, m/c at 7 weeks 3/08 natural cycle, 7/08 no h/b stillborn at 18 weeks, positive ANA8/08 went to RE, low ovarian reserve and Rheumatologist, everything norm except +ANA 12/08-4/09 femara + timed intercourse 5/09 femara + Crinone +IUI 6/09-10/09 femara + crinone + timed intercourse

Thanks for understanding! My post sounds so very negative.
I think everyone has a different "I am done" level. For me, I am pretty sure this is it. You and I are both about the same age and its different when you are older I think. Thanks for the prayers. My mouth will be the one dropping on the floor if I ever get to make it to a 20 week ultra sound. It will be interesting to see how many eggs I get and how they fertilize, that can tell you something about the quality, which what I suspect. Thanks again, and good luck to YOU. It's not negative, it just is. It's hard to get your hopes up. I was so un-emotional when I saw that fourth positive pregnancy test. That next doctor appointment is sometimes easier to wait for than the next cycle... IVF has so many of those... one appointment at a time and be good to yourselves.
