While I'm a little older than you so have less time biologically to have children, I too am back in school and am currently pregnant even though I am not working just yet. While its going to be harder financially for my DH and I than if I was working...having this baby is just so much more important and while there are only a limited number of years for us girls to get pregnant, we have the rest of our lives to work and earn money.
If this baby is where your heart is then I say go for it. You and your DH will figure out a way to make it work financially. I personally think people are more successful when they have a family to provide for anyway...it just gives us all that extra kick to succeed. Either way, good luck with your decision hun. I know its hard and your DH is just trying to keep you all safe and secure. But remind him also that the time to have children is limited...but you have the rest of your lives to work. Take it from someone who wishes she'd started her family in her twenties!
