Hello! I'm Cassie, I'm 27 year old (going on 28) and married to a wonderful husband who is the same age. We have no children yet, just two cats and a puppy. We live in Oregon.

We went off of birth control in late December 2008 (we were using low-dose ortho). We have been trying ever since. We haven't been actively TTC , no ovulation tests or BBT taking. We had an early term loss in February, at 5 weeks.

I was looking for a forum of people who are struggling as well. I was hoping to find wisdom, support and someone to hold (virtual) hands with.

We have been struggling. We are 4 months away from when our doctor wants us to start using medical assistance. Hubby has a low sperm count, but not too low to conceive. I tested fine for health problems that would interfere. We have just started taking BBT and bought some ovulation tests, to see when (or if) I'm ovulating.

Everyone says "Relax, it will happen." They don't seem to understand that saying that to someone who is TTC is hurtful!

Lately my MIL has taken to saying that I am infertile and discussing the situation with her friends. That makes me unhappy, to say the least!
