My most amazing husband!

It seems that we all have amazing partners in this IF journey. I just wanted to share with you all what my husband did for me on Valentines Day.

I asked for chocolate for Valentines Day because I LOVE chocolate so he got it for me and I was opening it up and there were a pair of beautiful diamond earrings in the box. I was blown away with surprise. He said that he wanted me to know how much I was loved and even if we didn't have another baby it was ok with him. It was great because it was something I needed because we don't always talk about our IF feelings, and I felt that we were on the same page for once. It was comforting to know that!

Thanks for listening!

Sarah what a sweety. We do have amazing Husbands/Partners in our lives.

My LH got me an ediable bouquet since just being diagnosed with diabetes, he didn't want to give me sugar free candy because he was scared I would get upset, so he got me a bouquet of fruit. It was so sweet.

My DH tells me he loves me even more every day for putting myself through all of this just for the chance at making our dream of a family come true.

As I was taking Follistim, he would brag to his friends when my estrogen levels started going up.

After procedures, if it was too painful to have intercourse, he would just say "That's OK - they've been doing a lot of work down there and I don't want to hurt you. I'd rather just hug you and look at you."

When I had been taking Follistim for weeks and my estrogen level went DOWN one week, I was devestated - he made me laugh by saying "Oh no! You're leaking because of all those holes in you! I'll get you some spackle."

When I finally did OV, he was being very very gentle and told me not to walk to fast because he didn't want my eggs to get scrambled, lol.

I just had my first IUI and he brought home pickles and ice cream on his way home from work for good luck.

He's the best...

You hubby sounds so sweet and has a great sense of humor (which is something you can easily lose when ttc). You are a Lucky lady!

We are both pretty silly and like to make each other laugh. I own my own business so I work from home and I'm alone allllll day long.

Today for some reason I just had a crying fit and couldn't stop. I just needed to hear his voice so I called him up at work. Poor guy - he's on the other end saying "what's wrong with my bean?" (my nickname) I was just like "I don't know! I'm so sad and I don't know why!" I'll admit I wasn't bawling, and sounded so little when I said it, he just started laughing and said "I'm not laughing at you - you just sound so cute!"

I told him that I just needed to hear him say "the words" as I call it when I need some reassurance. So he said "the words" and then sent me an email that just said "the words" incase I needed to see it in writing too.

I would rent him out, but I'm just too greedy with him!

I really feel that we were meant to be together. We met in an AOL chatroom in 1997 and have been together ever since. Dated for 6 years, married for 5. After dating for a month or so, we realized that both his parents and MY parents were all married on Aug 1st, 1970. They never knew each other until DH and I met, honeymooned in the same spot, and had a first born child (a boy) born in 1972, about 3 weeks apart.

When DH and I got married we thought it only fitting to get married on August 1st (luckily it was a Friday, so it was doable - it was a leapyear, so waiting for a Saturday would have taken another 7 years!!)

So now, DH & I, mom, dad, MIL and FIL all have the same anniversary. Together, we've been married for 81 years this August! It's a crazy crazy world....
