hi,
I have tryed this method, and really cannot see anything different across my cycle... Is there a special technique, or maybe a special moment of the day where it's best to try it out? |

I was told to use it with the first saliva of the day. It doesn't work accurately after you have brushed your teeth, get a drink, or eat anything. It is strange though you can see the ferning.

I haven't tried the watch, but I have used the saliva microscope. It didn't work for me at all. I would get ferning throughout my cycle when there was no way I was ovulating. I've tried just about everything and found that the best way (for me) is the OPKs and keeping track of fertility signs (cervix position, CM, etc). Good luck - if you do get the watch I'd be curious to know if it works.

I haven't tried the watch either but I've talked to quite a few women that did and they loved it.

A while ago, I tried some brand - don't remember the name of it now - and it was not that great; the window was fuzzy and it was not good quality overall. Then I tried MaybeMOM brand, and I've been using it for over a year now; I swear by it. You just have to do it only first thing in the morning (food/drinks/brushing - anything - changes chemical environment in your mouth and may not be accurate).
So, if you do it first thing in the morning before you do anything else, it works great. It does a better job for me than any of the sticks I tried; the only thing that came close to it was clear blue kit - but it was 200 bucks plus more money on inserts. |

No and I don't know anyone who has. Does it work?
