Hi all

I was very comforted this morning to find this specific thread. It is month 8 of trying for number two. I was a week late, so we were very excited. Three pg tests said otherwise. Likek many others, my beautiful daughter came into the world blessedly fast. We don't really understand what is up. Thank you for posting your own experiences. I would love to be an ear for you all as well!

If I were you I would tell my OBGYN that I was trying for #2. I told mine and we starting our testing then a year after trying with no success for #2. I was referred to a specialist who couldn't find anything wrong but we still are not able to conceive. Sooooo we have moved on to adoption. Good luck with what you decide and welcome to the forum.

Thank you for the reply and the welcome. I also appreciate the advice to let my doctor know our plans. I think it is funny that even our doctors, who are up on the research assume that because we have conceived once, there should be no prob the second time. She told me not to worry, it would happen. That was in the Summer. I think we will go ahead and check it out. Sorry so long, I don't know all the cool shorthand. I would love to hear about your matching process. It will be an amazing journey! Is that your cool turtle. I love it!

Yeah, I just got my first tattoo in August. My SIL is an artist, she designed it. There is a cursive L in it for my daughter. It's on my foot.

As for our wait for adoption we are just hoping that someone picks us soon. it's so hard to be patient.
