Thanks for the wishes. My RE has never talked to me about giving my body a rest inbetween IUI's. He kind of goes with what I want. My first 2 IUI's I had 1 egg each cycle the eggs were 18.5 each time when I triggered. DH sperm count for the first one was 5mil and 7mil for the second one. He never told me DH sperm was on the low side. I found out by researching online. Anyway I wish he would have said something and suggested we skipped the first 2. My ins only pays for 4 IUI per pregnancy. so if this one doesnt work I only have one more chance. we cant afford to go forward after that. I am a little more hopeful this time because my biggest egg was 22.5 and DH sperm count was 10mil. I will keep you posted.. Have you decided when you are going to start again.

Good to here from you again. The snow is a nice change for the season. I just wish it would last so long. It wears on you after a couple of months. My son would live outside in the snow if he could. He thinks its the greatest thing... its his age showing.. give a few more years...LOL...
Anywaz... I am not sure on the herbs thing. I have not researched it enough. I read that folic acid, iron and zinc vitamins help with both female and male fertility. I actually had DH start on Zinc and Iron pills a couple weeks before our 3rd IUI and sperm count increased to 10mil. the mobility improved to. I have read that Accupunture has helped some people. I am curious to here about your experience when you go. If this IUI doesnt work I am concidering trying it for my last IUI.
I made it through my first week... I am not sure about the second. I am actually thinking about going out this afternoon and buying a pregnacy test... I hate it when I start tormenting myself. Im usually ok the first week, but the second week is Hell...

Sorry to not have responded sooner. We have been having A LOT of trouble with our internet. Anyway, hopefully it is working and will stay working.

I just wanted to let you know you are in my thoughts. I know you were in your TWW and I know how hard that is. I hope you got great results!!!!

We are in the process of our next FET. Looks like the transfer will be mid-Feb.

Sorry. I have been awol too. No my results were not good for January. My RE found 3 lg cysts on my left side and told me that we needed to take this month off. the cysts were due to the Gonal- F . My RE is donating a round of meds to me so we decided to try one more time with the Gonal-F. My next and last attempt will me in February. DH and I have decided not to go any further. It has taken a toll on our marriage and we really need to focus on us and DS. I am greatful to have been blessed with an awesome little boy.

Hi- I am in G'bo and just having my first try at IVF after 2 years of trying, including 7 IUI attempts. So far IVF has been much easier than I expected- but I am waiting for the other shoe to drop. I am sort of a wierd IVF patient- I have an 18 YO son and a 12 YO- so I thought I was done. Turns out DH was not done, so here we are! I am thinking that if IVF doesn't work out this round we might try 1 more round and quit- or just quit. I guess I think I am odd b/c I would like a baby but I am not totally dedicated to the idea of a baby- I have felt disappointment with each failed attempt, but not devasation. So I have always felt guilty posting, because maybe I am not dedicated enough to this whole idea? I have moved over to the infertility center at Duke for the IVF part- and I am so tired of I-40!

Anyway- it sounds like your husband's count is pretty low. We have found that my DH's count improves (by at least 10% and sometimes up tp 20%) if the night before the IUI we mess around (like third base but not home in high-school terminology). Don't know why, and there is no literature on this, but it is very consistent for us. Wishing you all the best luck!
