My wife and I had no problems conceiving our first. After a few clomid cycles, 1 failed iui, and 2 failed ivf's we were frustrated (all of which took place over the past 2 years.) My sperm is perfect according to the dr.'s and according to the obgyn, my wife is and I quote "gynecologically healthy." We were having loads of stress during those 2 years with job changes and house for sale and the constant fear of the artificial processes not working so I'm sure that had something to do with all our failures. So we decided to take a step back and just start enjoying each other again, trying naturally until it just happens on it's own, when it's supposed to. We're way less stressed now and enjoying the lovemaking but it would be wonderful to get the reward soon! Any advice?

Since your infertility seems to be unexplained & you both checked out fine... could it just be age-related?
Don't know b/c I don't know your ages.

Have you both considered seeing an acupuncturist, my acupuncturist said that even if everything checks out fine your hormone levels still change w/age.

Further, I know infertility can really take the fun out of the relationship...starts to feel routine & chore-like.
