Question Please Help!

I'm 30 years old & 9 years ago I was diagnosed with POF...just months after having my son. I've never had a period on my own since (only with the help of birth control pills). I recently started having very sharp pains in my vagina...sorry for TMI! I saw my ObGyn yesterday and she said everything is normal down there. She started me on Provera for 10 days to bring on AF then after it starts I will have an ultrasound on CD3. If the follies look good I will start Clomid. Has anyone been in this same situation and had success from it? Also, has anyone experienced the same type of pain? PLEASE HELP!

I was also anovulatory after having our son, and was taking progesterone to bring on periods. I was put on Clomid, which made me ovulate, but I didn't get pregnant. Injectibles worked with me. There are loads of women who take Clomid or something else to get the eggs hatching, and it does work for a lot of people. Good luck!
