Im kimberly brandon, my husband and I have been trying for nearly 3 years to get pregnant. I have a son, who is 10 years old now. My husband does not have any children. It has been hard for me emotionally. I have family members and friends that can get pregant at a drop of a hat. We both get frustrated and irritated. It has put a strain on our marriage at times. My husband thinks that it is him, I say that it is me, because I have had female problems about 5 years ago. Plus I've been on & off the pill the last 3 years. I took myself completely off the pill on feb 21 2005.

I agree with Kari - you're wasting valuable time by not knowing what the issues are!

For five years, dh and I said, "Oh, it'll happen when it happens" then this past Sept, we finally had some tests run and it turns out - that the chances of it "happening" are pretty slim without some major medical help.

So - Don't wait!

My situation is similar to yours. I have a son who will be 9 in April, also from a previous relationship. My husband has no other children and we have also been trying for three years now. Lately it has been hard because of friends and family announcing their baby-news. Some of them are already having their second babies during the time that we have been trying... It hits hard. At the moment working on positive thinking, visualisation and enjoying the family we've got. Demi.
