Anyone have luck after polypectomy?

Thought I would post here where you ladies have already had at least one baby. I was wondering if any of you have gotten pg shortly after having polyp(s) removed? I just had a polypectomy (2 small polyps) and now I'm being advised to ttc naturally for a few cycles and I'm just looking for inspiration from anyone who has had success with this.

I had a polypectomy (removed no fewer than 20 polyps) in September, 2005 and immediately proceeded to my first IVF cycle. In Oct, I received a BFN. I am convinced that it was just too much for my body to take, and that I should have given myself a couple of months off before cycling.

I did an FET last month, and I'm happy to report that I am 5 weeks pregnant! (Got my BFP last week )

I think it's great advice to give yourself a few months.

GOOD LUCK!!!

Congratulations on your pregnancy and I hope the next 35 weeks go sailing along! What is BFP short for? I've seen those initials on this site but what are the actual words. Thanks!

Hi,
I also recently had a (somewhat large) polyp removed. Due to other health problems, I haven't been able to try the frozen embryo transfer we had planned, but maybe we'll be able to do it in September. I'm praying that this was the last thing that was preventing us from conceiving. Please keep me posted on what happens with you!
