I'm sorry you are feeling this way. I'm sorry I can't offer you much advise as I am not having these symptoms. But, pregnancy can be very stressful, especially in the beginning. Have you cut back on caffeine??? That could cause you to be jittery. Maybe call your Dr. & see if they can offer you some advise. Hope you are feeling better soon

How are you feeling now?? I just noticed that you are due about when I would have been. I can understand the anxiety. I hope you're doing well, and have a sticky little bean in there.

I've heard anxiety can happen during early pregnancy, even panic attacks in some. Or it could be that you are jsut overly joyed for your BFP!! Congratualtions!! I've had a lot of anxiety & panic attacks over the years, off and on meds to control so when I started TTC, I asked my doctor what if I need something when I get pregnant (already started worrying about the symptoms!) She said she would consider Welbutrin if I needed something during pregnancy. Talk to your RE and hope you feel better!!

I didn't have this when I was pregnant with either of my kids and I actually have slight anxiety when not pregnant. I think I had ttc for so long that by that point that was the only thing that took my anxiety away. lol
I did have certain fluttery feelings and I think that could just be your body's physical reaction to having a baby growing in there. SO much changes when you are pregnant. Hormone levels, blood supply, etc. And I definitely noticed that if I had caffeine while pregnant (and i did have a little) it affected me more than when I wasn't pregnant. Not too bad, but a little bit more.
Congrats on your pgcy.

My doctor told me that when people with prior anxiety get pregnant, a lot of previous anxiety goes away!!. So I'm hoping for the happy hormones during pregnancy

I have anxiety with panic attacks and take medicine for it. It's not a good feeling. You have to just try and relax, I know easier said than done, and try to put your mind on something else. I definitely agree with cutting back the caffeine if you haven't already it will help.

I totally freaked out when I found out I was pregnant. We had stopped trying and were starting to move on. We only did it once the entire month. I was feeling very sick and was in target so I decided to get a test for the last time. I came home and took it. it turned positive so fast and dark. I couldn't breath. I took two more, then packed my son up and drove up to the school where my mom is a teacher. She had to calm me down. Was totally in a panic/shock. She calmed down enouhg for me to call DH. My panic and shock continued for about two months and then it finally settled in that this was really happening.

I didn't have any panic attacks with my pregnancies, but I bet its because you have been going through IF treatments and its more scary when it took so much for you to achieve a pregnancy and you don't want anything to happen. I wish you lots of luck!
