2 years of ttc

I am new to this sort of forum but I have been nneeding a little pick me up lately. My DH & I have a 4yo ds and had no trouble making him, thought the pregnancy sucked. Now it is 2 years after starting to make another. 2 m/c and almost a year of . Have been on metformen for 6 mths and the olny side effect has been wt loss, which I did not need. Am not typical PCOS. Getting very frustrated and sad. Almmost ready to think of being happy with only one annd moving on. Thanks to anyone who has read and if there is any advice out there it is welcomed.

Welcome to the forum Jewels. What a wonderful blessing to have your DS but I know that many on this forum will agree that sometimes that desire for a second child is just as strong as trying for the first. Have you started to see a specialist yet? Between two miscarriages and two years of trying without a baby it might be the next step in your journey. Wishing you all the best!

I definately know the feeling of agony while trying to conceive a second. I have a DD, I also have PCOS, and she was a bit of a surprise to us also! I was young when I got pregnant and I didn't expect it because my husband, bf at the time was told that he wouldn't be able to have children when he was a young boy.. then 2 1/2 years down the road I was pregnant! I tried with my second for a couple of years because I wanted my children 2 years apart from eachother and I finally saw a specialist about 9 months ago! Now we are expecting our 2nd child!! I just want to say, don't give up hope... I was ready to but I know the Lord has a blessing in store for us one way or another. I knwo it's a very hard thing to go through, but your definately in the right place. I have met some wonderful people in this forum who will be able to share the same support with you. I want to say good luck with you TTC journey, although it's not a journey we want to go through, we are here for you and one another!! If there's anyone or anywhere that knows exactly how you feel, it's here!!

I am also waiting patiently for my second miracle. My DD was conceived naturally the first month we tried. I have now been trying for 2 and a half year for my second baby! Welcome and good luck.

good luck

Good luck Jewels. I am starting to learn the frustration of having kids with no trouble and then not being able to get pregnant again. I hope it happens for you soon.

Let me start with . There are a lot of women here that have been though a lot and have had success. They are a great resource for infertility. I get sad and frustrated a lot too, but then I read a success story about one of us. Someone who is having the same problems, the same feeling, it makes me smile and gives me hope again. Best of luck to you.
