I am just so frustrated right now. Let me give everyone a little background. I recently started seeing an RE after 32 months of ttc with my new husband. I have 5 children from my previous husband. My oldest daughter has a 2 year old son whom I have had custody of for the last 7 months and may have to give back to his irresponsible parents again soon. If that isn't bad enough she throws it in my face that if she can't get Austin (the grandbaby) back this time it doesn't matter as she is pregnant again. Of course, she thinks it is abolutely wrong for my current DH and I to try and have children of our own as we are too "old" and she feels our money is better spent on other things

Sounds like you may already have your baby...why don't you adopt him if DD is incapable of caring for him? Or is this an issue with DH? Does he want kids of his own or just a baby?

Teresa- vent away! You have your hands full there. Nice how she likes to tell you how to live your life, huh? Especially when she really needs to focus on getting her act together. Sorry.

He is not available for adoption at this point and it could take up to 2 years to get to that point , but to make matters worse...his always drunk (possible) father is battling us in court for alienation of affection and sole custody. My husband and I have loved and cared for Austin off and on since he was born.We put off seeking treatment sooner d/t Austin. He was living with us at 10 days old when his parents "weren't ready" to take care of him. It just breaks my heart after all we are going through at the same time, that she just goes out and gets pregnant again. Of course, my DH teases we may just end up with multi age triplets. He is so right as I worry she will just dump this one on us too.
