Its an odd question, so plz bear with me.

I am 35 and I don't want kids. My hubby does not know but I am on pills. With months passing by, he now wants to have the IUI done.

Is it possible to continue the pills and IUI done, without the doc and hubby know about it? Can he ask the doc about whats going on? Do I have to take my doc into confidence? Can he do the IUI with the knowledge that I am taking pills? Can the doc not tell this to my hubby?

Don't do this, it is extremely dangerous and wont stop the meds for the IUI from working. It'll just make you sick. You need to talk to your husband and let him know how you're feeling, decieving him will only wreck your marriage cause with all the tests they do, they'll figure out that you're still on the pill eventually. You need to tell him, he deserves better than this.
