Hi everyone,

I recently went online to try to find a support group. It has been so helpful to come here . . . I thought it would also be nice to meet women who are going through infertility in person so that we could just get together socially and support one another. It would be nice to be able to be with people where I do not have to worry about someone saying the wrong thing to me, etc.

I did not find what I was looking for. All I found were support groups given through clinics and hospitals and therapists with set number or weeks and fees. I am literally just looking to meet up with a bunch of women and go for coffee so that we can just chat.

So . . . I thought I would come here and see if there is anyone else like me who would like to meet up once in a while with other infertiles. If anyone in the NYC tri-state area (I am in Rockland - so I guess people who are from or willing to travel to Manhattan, Rockland, Westchester, Northern NJ, even Ct.) is interested, please send me a private message. Once I get a few responses, I would be really happy to set something up. I hope to get a little group together!
