Rachel,
As I haven't gone through this process I don't have any advice for you except to relax. I'm very excited for you and am hoping for the best. Keep us posted.

Thumbs up

Hi Rachel,

1. Yes, begin prenatal vitamins now!
2. After transfer, no baths or swimming for 24 hours. No hot showers or saunas, no spicy foods, no heavy lifting.
3. Yes, lay flat in the car going home, I did and it was a 4 hour drive for my DH.
4. The nurse shouldn't allow you to urinate for 15 min after your procedure. The bladder has to be full for the RE to do the transfer properly. If it's not full, the RE may even charge you to 'artificially' fill you up.
WISHING YOU TONS OF BABY DUST!
