I work for a small Manufacturing/Engineering firm as Inside Sales & Support. I also do IT at work (part time). Work is fine as it pays the bills but someday I want to do what I'd love to do. The problem is I don't even know what that is. That's how confused and overwhelmed I am!

I am a Medical Administrator for the Women's Health Clinic at Kadena Air Base in Okinawa Japan!
DH is a Medical Equipment Repairman here in the same clinic as I am.
