Wow...there's actually folks around on the weekend! YAY!

I nearly had a bit of a minor stress attack yesterday when I went to look at my donor profile to check the prices of ICI vials and there is now a "C" for call next to it...which means his supply must be low or something? Like I said, NEARLY had one, because then I remembered I have a backup donor that I like just as much, so I checked and he has plenty of vials... so I am checking on Monday to see what the big "C" means and to see if I can order a vial for my FIRST IUI!!! And if he is not available, then I'll go with my backup. I want to order the vial now though, so I don't have to worry about it at the last minute.

Oh, and in more news, I got my PAPP results back. PAPP was normal but I am HPV +... never had that tested before so that is good to know. It's not a big deal since 1/3 of the world popullation has it. It just means I have a higher than normal risk of cervical dysplasia, and so should get a PAPP every year, which I do anyway.

nursegirl - sorry to hear about the infection. my cousin had one, located in her nose. she was miserable... she is a teacher, so i think she got it from a student? anyhow, i hope you heal quickly and it does not disrupt your ttc plans!
silverbrumby - glad to know that overall your papp was good. regarding the "C" if you are using fairfax, the "C" means to call. and when you call they will tell you that donor is down to 20 or fewer vials. at least that was my experience!

Ona, I'm so excited about you ordering your sperm. Yay! When I used Fairfax, the "C" did mean they were running short of vials. Honestly, I found it really annoying. I wished they'd just put limited supply somewhere or something, you know? Instead of making me call to find out something that didn't matter to me... Anyway, whether you go with your first choice or your backup, I am still excited for you!

I'm also pretty glad I still have two vials on ice.

Hope all are having good weekends. I'm not doing too much, which isn't bad at all!

I keep getting confused and thinking today is Sunday because I started my weekend early... it's kinda nice because I keep thinking I have to work tomorrow then I realise I don't and that's a pretty groovy thing.

Deej and Jen, thanks for the info on the "C". I agree with you Jen. Don't know why they make you call just to say the number of vials is low. I am glad it doesn't mean they are out though...even though I think I'd actually be fine with using my backup since as I mentioned in the past (I think), I like both equally and it was a really tough choice which I ultimately left to my future baby's godmother. But donor #2's picture really still tugs at my heartstrings. I think it's his puppy dog brown eyes.

I'm excited to be ordering the swimmers too, even though I won't actually be using them until around the last part of august.

well, think I better get to sleep since it's past 2am.

Ona - today is really sunday (ha-ha) I was up late last night looking online as well. there is a thread called 'belly pics' wow. REALITY is setting in.
That is awesome you have two donors that you like equally. Did you place your order? It is exciting, reinforces you are ONE STEP CLOSER to the bfp! Ok, I am so excited to see BFP's ona, that I looked at your signature - if AF is due August 8, depending on when you O, you could be sprogged and know it by September 5th!!!! WOW. Or earlier.... Anyhow, it was fun looking at a calendar seeing how really close you are....

good morning all. I am trying not to be cranky.. The staff infection I think is better.. Not to be TMI...but the location of my staph infection is a boil on the inside of my upper thigh..Its painful. it sucks i am on antibiotics. As a nurse I know i need to let them have a chance to work. As a nurse I also want to just drain the darn thing myself! Sorry Guys I just needed to vent! I had plans to do alot around my house and I can barely walk. Not sure how I am going to manage work tomorrow. anyway. NO AF yet

Well, ladies, I am back from my Day 3 u/s. No cysts, and everything else looks good, so I am good to go this cycle! I start clomid tonight...

Jen - yeah! i am so excited for you! your patience WILL PAY OFF. i just feel it! you have taken clomid before? i hope it does exactly what it is supposed to do w/ no side effects!

Nurse, sorry about the staph. That is one thing that really scares me, working in healthcare, because of MRSA. I'm glad that it sounds like the antibiotics are working. For goodness sake DON'T pop the boil! Don't want it to spread.

Deej, you crack me up! I haven't been to the belly pics thread but I think you should do a belly pic now. It'll be fun to look back and see the progression. I'm sure Kathryn can speak to the hugeness you will experience in your tummy region.

Kathryn, speaking of you, hope you are doing well. I'm glad your appt went well and can't wait to see little Davis!

Nurse, sorry about the staph infection. I agree with Ona that you should take the antibiotics and otherwise leave it alone.

Ona and Jen, can't believe how close the two of you are getting to sprog-time!

As for me, I'm currently in the pregnancy phase that is really uncomfortable. I'm not sleeping well at all and I feel like this child is lodged in my lungs. But this, too, shall pass.

Hope everyone had a good weekend, all things and infections considered.

Kathryn - so sorry! but reading that this is an uncomfortable phase gave me hope that there IS a comfortable phase somewhere along the road! what is recommended for sleeping this close to due date?

Aww Kathryn! I hope you are hanging in there. Just a few more weeks TOPS! Then you'll be losing sleep for an entirely different reason. hehe.

I've had friends tell me that after they had their baby it was like INSTANT relief and they all of a sudden could breathe again...like the changes came on so slowly that they hadn't noticed that they were not breathing like they normally would, but then having baby is such a dramatic and instant change that it was like "oh yah! That's what being able to breathe feels like".

I'm getting quite anxious about having "my turn".
