Hey everyone....what would you do if you were friends with a married couple...friends with them separately prior to their marriage...what if the husband told you he cheated on his wife and you are just as much a friend to the wife? I'm really upset part of me wants to tell her but part of me knows he told me this in confidence. I'm really put out with him though....he confides other things in me too and I think sometimes that he tries to flirt with me...he's also an alcoholic and calls me when he's drunk and says really inappropriate things. I've told him to stop it and I ended up telling my dh about it and dh talked to him about it, but he still does it.

What should I do and would any of you tell his wife what is going on?

Good luck with your decision. Those usually turn into no win situations... If your friend finds out on her own and the husband tells her that you already knew, she will be hurt. If you tell her what is going on, she will be hurt and upset at your for telling her...
