Hello everyone

We have just become aware of an issue that has, apparently, been going on for some time in regards to users who use Time Warner (Turner, Roadrunner) or AOL as their email service provider.

Because the email service provider has blocked FertilityCommunity.com from sending email to their users, those who use AOL or Roadrunner for your email accounts may not be getting notifications etc. You can do one of two things:

Wait for the matter to be resolved (Contacting your email provider to facilitate that may expedite the issue)

Or

Change the email address on your account to another email provider, such as Yahoo, Gmail or Hotmail, all of which are free to use.

I am sorry that I am unable to help all of you who are impacted at this time. We have been in contact with Time Warner (AOL/RoadRunner) and are working to get this matter resolved on their end.
