Quick Reply Issues?

I saw one other post in this thread, from last month, of a user that has been having problems with their Quick Reply button working. If your quick reply button is not working, can you PLEASE reply to this thread and tell me what web browser you are using (and what version). Thank you for your help!!test

Thanks, Jenna. I am the one that posted that note last month. Ironically (or maybe not) it just started working last night. Thank you if you were working on it! I have AOL which I know can be stubborn sometimes. I haven't had any trouble with the site in awhile, except for that. But, it seems to be fixed and is working well today, also!

Thanks again!
Shelly

It's working for me Jenna..

Not sure what the deal is...FF 2.0 here...I know you're using 1.5 - I dont have that here at home - when I get to the office, I will see if I can get a PC at the office that has it.

Miranda,

What browser do you use? Internet Explorer, FireFox, Safari or AOL's/Time Warners built in browser?

If you can give me as much info as possible, I can see to it that our Tech fella's can deal with it

Brandy, I restarted my browser just now, but not the entire computer, and it is not working. Yesterday it was working. In fact, earlier today it was working. *ponders*

That's just odd...

Ok...well, we'll look into it.

We're going to be upgrading this forum in the next week or so I think - so hopefully that will deal with the issue.

Okay, I have the fix if you are experiencing trouble with your Quick Reply button.

1. Press CTRL and your f5 button together. (Refresh and reload.)

2. In Firefox, go to Tools, Options. Click the Cache tab and then click the button that says "Clear Cache." After it is done clearing (this may take a few seconds), click okay.

In Microsoft Internet Explorer, go to Tools, Internet Options. Under the General Tab, you will see Temporary Internet Files as a section. In that section, click the "Delete Files" button. This may take a few seconds. Then click okay.

3. Close your browser. Go back to the site. See if your quick reply button works.

4. If it doesn't, please contact me! Thanks!
