Does anyone read these threads?
I am very surprised that questions just seem to be abandoned on this board. There are some good and important ideas posted without even a "we will think aobut it" reply.
Does anyone read them? Or is this board just a sounding place and we shouldn't expect answers? Or are you all so busy? If so, do you need help? Please let me know.

I am not sure what's going on, but I have wondered the same.

Hello! I’m a little confused as to what your question actually is? Do you feel that someone will post a thread and no one reply’s to it, or am I totally off track. Are you mainly talking about the Tech support thread? I’d love to help with whatever the problem may be it is just that I’m a little confused. Thanks.

Yes, things are read here. That's actually not an option on the forums we have and we are not considering it.
Please PM a mod or admin if you have problems like this in the future.

Yes, my question was directed to threads started on the technical support board. It seems that members post questions and they are not replied too.
As for PM'ing my question, let me ask you why? Obviously others were also having this same question, so in the future I will still post it here. But thanks anyway.

Kathleen,
Your attitude can quit now. Quite honestly, I thought that I HAD responded to the thread in question. I had the window open while I was researching it online. My apologies for not posting the quick reply. If I remember properly to the time that happened, I had wanted to include some specific information and somehow didn't end up posting. If you have a personal issue with me, take this to private message. Any other inflammatory messages with attitude directed at me for my "poor job" are not welcome. Our moderators do a great job here. If we all have let something slip through the cracks, I assure you that it wasn't on purpose. Our moderators are amazing, hard-working volunteers and they deserve accolades. They have my utmost support.

woah - the only message that should have been PM'd is the last one.... I thought the original post and replies were reasonable. My .02 cents.

Honestly, I'm the 'technical support' person and I kinda feel I've been really good about replying to questions and responding to feature requests. If I’ve missed questions, I am always happy to reply to (kind) question/requests via PM.
It's just me folks - and fertility isn't our only 'property' - and while that's no excuse - it is an explanation as to why I only seem to check in here every few days...and often don't read beyond a thread or two, just to ensure that the site is functioning as it should. We may offer, at some point in the future (please don’t PM me with ETA’s on launch) a feature that allows you to filter “Recent Discussions” to only those forums which interest you. Like our other parties, this will be an included feature available to users who subscribe to our Premium Membership - an annual membership service that offers a number of different features. We may also offer some additional features – at some time in the future. We have ‘measuring sticks’ we used to determine the feasibility of feature additions. Consider that it takes a number of people a lot of time to not only keep the site up, but keep it up to date and also add additional features as deemed necessary. Please remember – everyone – that the job of the moderator, or in Jenna’s case, forums administrator, is a thankless job with little (and I do mean little) or no pay at all. Most of the ‘staff’ here on site are here because they love the community, they love to give back and they enjoy interacting with others. Accusatory/nasty comments/posts aren’t productive and they just irritate everyone. I always take in to consideration every request made – and of course, you always have the option of PM’ing or emailing me, in the event that a post made to the Tech Support Forum isn’t replied to quick enough. Admin@fertilitycommunity.com is where you can reach me. As for this thread – I’m killing. It’s not adding anything but hard feelings to the site.

Hey Brandy and Jenna-
I think you guys do a terrific job around here. This site is fantastic-just a wonderful place for support from others going through similar situations. I just wanted to state that not everyone knows who the moderators and administrators are. Sometimes you guys post a lot and are very visible online, and sometimes life catches up with you and you aren't around much for a bit. Anyway, I don't think Kate knew exactly whom to post to (well she does now ). Kate is a super sweet person and a technical computer genius. I seriously don't think she was trying to tick anyone off. Sounds more like she wanted to be able to help out, if she was needed.
