Hi!

I am new to this forum and wanted to introduce myself. I am 24 years old and my dh and I are hoping to ttc # 2 in August 2009. I know it's down the road a little ways, but I wanted to start getting some support now. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and hetero mthfr gene mutation at the beginning of my first pregnancy. I was started on 225 mcg of levothyroxine and told not to worry about the hetero mthfr and I delivered a healthy 6lb. 7 oz. baby boy on March 5, 2008. My dh were very fortunate to get pregnant on the first attempt(June 2007) My dh and I wish to add to our family and will try again next August. I am a bit worried about secondary infertility due to my health issues, but am keeping up hope that we will not face any problems the second time around. I just wanted to introduce myself to everyone and wish all of you ttc now happy, healthy pregnancies and babies! It can be so frustrating having amedical condition to worry about when it comes to wanting a healthy baby, so baby dust to you all.
