Thyroid anitbodies

I went to the doctor yesterday and got the results of my bloodtests. It seems that in addition to having hypothyroidism, I have thyroid anitbodies? I guess I don't really understand. The doctor did not seem concerned as the level was not high? Could one or more of you wise women enlighten me on this particular topic? We have been trying for some time and this week will be my 7th iui. UGH.

My doctor said a majoirty of hypothyroidism patients test postitive for the antibodies and it's nothing to be worried about.

I have very high antibodies, the diagnosis is Hashimoto's Thyroiditis or Autoimmune Thyroiditis. How high were they? What is your TSH and T4? Do you take Synthroid? What is the nature of your infertilty? Sorry for all the questions, but I've done a lot of research on antibodies and pregnancy.
