I am 38 years old and going through my first IVF cycle. This is to give my 2 year old daughter a sibling. However, the plan is after that (if all works well) that I will carry children for my sister - who cannot have children for very different reasons than mine. My cycle starts in April 2009 - hopefully will be pregnant by the end of May 2009 if all goes well - and after that - summer of next year - I will hopefully start this again for my sister! I am really hoping this all works out - I just keep thinking of the day I give my sister her child / children - that will be such a special day!
