Bully ~ wow, I love your new found attitude! I guess you could say I'm trying the same...
To only control what you can.... I don't have my US untill next week so why continue to FREAK OUT! There is nothing I can do....
I say this now, but I am on such a ride right now....
I know when you hear from the RE you will have a much better idea of what your plan is.

Maren (WGA) ~ I'll send you a PM, but here is a big ! I'm glad at least we have sticks to pee on and see we are prego! It's such a fearful time....

Anj ~ Welcome and I too hope you find the support you need. I love this group because we all just vent when we need to. YET we are all supportive of the different parts of the IF cycle we are on.... I'm so sorry for your 2nd loss, I was there with you on the Jan. thread.... I hope we can help!

Sam ~ How are you holding up on all your meds! It's almost your time!

Bits ~ All I know is that people DON'T THINK before they speak and it hurts.....

Daisy ~ Are you busy at work? Thinking about you!

As I said above, I have my US next week..... Please send prayers for me along with WGA ~ This is such a scary hard time for the both of us.... We are both going insane and need you guys SO MUCH RIGHT NOW.....

No no no no no.... I just wiped and had a spot of red blood. F&%#! How can this be happening again? I feel so nauseus and my bbs are sore, wtf? This is so horrible, this can't be happening. I got a light electric shock from the hairdryer today and I joked to DH that it'll probably cause me to m/c, but since i've been so nauseus I really thought this was my time. I can't believe this.

Thank you ladies for your prayers and concern. I am happy to report that my beta was 249 and my progesterone was 58.7! I'm sorry I freaked out, I just couldn't imagine anything worse than how I was feeling which mirrored exactly how I was feeling when I went through my m/c and my chemical. Great now I know that you feel the same whether your pregnant, AF is coming or your m/c'ing. How frightening is that! Now I just need those numbers to double. Please for me and Dre that this works out. All of us in this room have been through so much and I really really really really really really want us all to have healthy pregnancies in 2009.

Anj ! I'm sorry for your loss but please know you've joined some wonderful ladies who have a ton of experience and support to give!

Sam, great news about stims! Grow Follies Grow!

Maren---- Wow, what a releif! I am so glad everything is ok. I was just catching up on the posts and came across the one about your spotting and my heart sank. That's a great beta#. Keep positive, we are all praying for you and Dre!

Dre----I will be praying for you and Maren to have uneventful, healthy pregnancies. I know it is probably nearly impossible to not worry, but we need to stay positive

I had some bad news yesterday. A friend of mine who is pg went for her 20 wk us and they found out her baby has trisomy 18. It's just so unfair. I really hope 2009 starts to look up. So far it hasn't started out as a good year.

I can't stand the thought of knowing that this would have been the year my babies were born. It is so painful to think about.

I know what you all mean about seeing people w/ their babies or pregnant women. When I went out for lunch today I sat next to a couple w/ a baby who was about 2 months old. I was so jealous. I also noticed that the infant seat was the same pattern that we registered for. That was painful.

Sorry, I also seem to post when I am having a bad day. I must be such a downer. It just seems to help to let it out. I haven't had much time since I am back at work. I'm trying to get back into the swing of working full time and trying to keep up w/ everything else! It's exhausting!

Well, hang in there girls!! Here's hoping that 2009 brings all of us babies!

Unhappy May I join?

Hello Ladies:

My signature info says it all but basically trying to get animated and jump back in to try a second IVF some time in March 2009. Now the RE wants to try Lupron and Follistim together...I am feeling very sad that the first IVF did not work but am keeping hope alive. You all seem to be very supportive of one another and that is exactly what I need right about now so may I join you all?
I see a couple of my Jan IVF thread buddies here...

some positivity !

So I got a call from a dear friend... and she's pregnant at 41 (and naturally!). Usually I hate hearing pregnancy news... but in this case I was so so happy for her. She had a m/c last year in may, was really depressed for 3-4 months, then went on a long vacation with her DH, and boom.... she got pregnant! Suddenly feeling like *I* have a new lease on life ... that things are not over just because I had 2 failed IVFs... things can also happen naturally.

I just have to believe... and feel positive. On a downer, the fertility yoga clinic that was scheduled to happen this Sunday has been postponed .. I am so bummed out ... think its unprofessional that they cancel so close to the event date!

Oh well... I bought a DVD on fertility yoga... am going to try that today. The chinese herbs I am taking seem to be working. Im pretty sure its partly psychosomatic (I am that kind of person who could get effects from placebos!)... but my mood is quite positive these days. Also (and warning, TMI) ... I seem to be thirsty a LOT and also therefore peeing a lot. These herbs are supposed to stimulate my kidneys... and I can actually see this difference.

Continuing my acupuncture too... next have to figure out nutrition and exercise. Trying to eat healthy, cut out coffee (altho one black tea a day, with milk and sugar!). Exercise... hmm... need to get to doing that more consistently.

crossing my fingers too. and doing some meditation. In times like these... when one is depserately trying to have a baby... just doing these things makes me feel somewhat in control (when really things are so not in my hands).

Anyway, thought I'd share... hope you ladies have a wonderful day -- healing and shaping your bodies and minds into preparing for the baby that WILL come !

to all
Anj
