Need to increase estrogen

It's been 7 months since we lost our son. DH and I have been ttc for a while, but really with no aim since I have not had the return of AF yet. There have been 3 times I spotted, but it was only after bd, so I made an ob appt. She told me I looked really destrogenized and that may be causing the bleeding. otherwise everything looked healthy. I do have to go in for some bloodwork, but in the meantime I'm wanting to naturally raise my estrogen levels.

I was reading that soy can do that, so I bought up some soy milk. Is this true or even the correct form of getting it?

*** lc mentioned ***

I do have a nursing toddler, so my body probably thinks I hav a new baby nursing and is holding off AF. I received my AF back before a year before, so I'm being hopeful, but I don't want to do anything chemically or drastic since I have a toddler it'd affect.

*** end of mention ***

Thank you for your input
