PCOS and missed miscarriage

On January 3rd of this year I my husband and I discovered that I was pregnant. We were thrilled....our first child together. On March 11, we went in for our routine check up and were going to be hearing our baby's heartbeat for the first time.....only what we heard instead is "I'm sorry, but your baby doesn't have a heartbeat." I was absolutely devastated. I was 13 weeks pregnant, but according to the sonogram, the baby had passed at 9 weeks and 5 days.

I have polycystic ovaries. We conceived through our 2nd round of clomid. Since then my period has come back faithfully every month on its own. My question is.....could it be possible that I may be able to get pregnant with no help this time? Has anyone with pcos had children on their own after only receiving help the first time? Is it easier for someone with pcos to get pregnant alone after the first time?

Thank you so much ahead of time for taking the time to answer my question.

I was diagnosed with PCOS at age nineteen and told I would probably never ovulate on my own. I quit taking the BCP and got pregnant immediately only to miscarry at six weeks. I then went back on the pill and when I forgot to take a couple one month got pregnant again. It is possible. I also got pregnant easily the first year we tried to conceive but had problems getting pregnant after having a missed miscarriage in 2007. One round of clomid later and I got pregnant with twins. Good luck, sending loads of babydust your way...
