Any one with Bicornuate uterus + PCOS combination got pregnant? BayArea folks .....

I was diagnosed with a possible PCOS. When I asked my doc to scan she said that I might have a bicornuate uterus.

I heard from a friend that Standford had outstanding staff for fertility. When I enquired about pricing they seemed sky rocketing. Is it worth paying approx $20K or more for tests, diagnosis & possible treatment? or shall I start the diagnosis & treatment with current fertility centre (Kaiser)?
