I'm trying to remember the name of a book I read when I was going through IVF a couple years ago. I remember it was written by a medical practioner (either a doctor or a nurse) and the introduction talked about how this person would constantly see patients that were either too tired or too broke or too emotionally devestated from months of unsuccessful IUIs that they don't try IVF even though it would probably work for them. Basically, it suggested people just skip IUIs all together and go straight to IVF (not in every case but in many). Anyway, I remember getting it out of the library but can't remember which of the gazillion books I took out had that intro. Anyone know what I'm talking about?
