Hi everyone! (failed cycle/preg mentioned)

I am new to this forum and really would like to hear from anyone who has more experience and knowledge than I. I just had a day 3 FET w/ DE. We transferred 1- 7 cell grade A, 1 - 5 cell grade C, and 1- 3 cell grade C. I have done 1 fresh cycle w/ my own eggs- BFN, 1 medicated IUI - BFN, 1 fresh cycle w/ DE - BFN, and 1 FET w/ DE - blast transfer -BFN.

I am trying to be optimistic, but cautious. I have failed cycles with superior embryos so don't know what to think about this cycle. I want it to work so badly but almost feel numb because of so much previous let down.

Also, I am on mega progesterone...50mg PIO in a.m. and Endometrin vag suppositories 100mg 3x everyday! I am also taking estrace 2mg daily. This is now day 4 po 3dt. I have been crampy since day before the FET, but now it's more in my lower back and pretty constant. Is this possible early pregnancy symptoms or just side effects of all this progesterone?? Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks for listening. Baby dust to everyone & me
