Question 2nd Inf, problem preg, & trying again

My background: I am 33 (as of May '08). I have 1 dd age 15 from first marriage when I was 17. Married 6 years to dh# 2. We had 6 miscarriages in 3 years and a little bundle of energy called dd# 2 who is 3 years and 3 months. With dd# 2 I was diagnosed with secondary infertility due to the number of miscaiages and all testing performed came back fine...no issues. Her pregnancy was anything but perfect to say the least. Preterm labor started at 5 months. Diagnosed with GD, Pre eclampsia, in and out of the hospital due to pre term labor. Ended up delivering a full month early due to PE. The miscarriages mentioned include 1 mc of twins, 1 blighted ovum, 1 mc with a subchorionic hematoma & the other 3 were just straight mc's. I went off of the depo shot in August to ttc# 3. In Feb '08 I was put on bc pills for 1 1/2 months due to a ovarian cyst. With the bc pills I had a little bright red spotting. Then nothing since. 6/3/08 I had what I called "smudging" which was rusty brown. It really wasn't even enough for me to consider it "spotting." But it lasted from 6/3/08-6/7/08. Then I started "smudging" again 6/25/08-7/2/08. I have also confirmed from last month & so far that I am not ovulating. I have an appointment with my OBGYN on 7/15/08.
What I am reaching out for help on is to make sure I know what all to ask. I don't want to be pushed aside. Right now from web researching I am going to ask him for provera to help induce af and also for clomid. Not for sure if he will be willing to do clomid himself and monitor or if he will refer me on to a RE. What if he says lets give it some more time? What if he says lets just try the provera and monitor a few cycles? What, what? So many questions. I guess I feel that with the 6 previous mc's, the problem pregnancy, the fact that I am now 33 and not having af nor ovulating I just feel that I dont have much time to play around with things and need to get proactive with this. What do you think? Should I just stand my ground and say this is what I think I need to do? What kind of questions do I need to ask? If we go the provera/clomid route...what is in store for me?
TIA,
Kim
