Starting Clomid (CD 3-7) and Hoping for Baby #4

Hi, I'm new to this board. I have a history of enodmetriosis (diagnosed with surgery). I was able to naturally conceive 4 times (I have 3 beautiful children). I miscarried 3/08 and was also diagnosed with early breast cancer 4 months later. I was told by the oncologist that I should stop taking birth control pills, which I was taking to control the endo/pain while not trying to get pregnant. Since then, my periods have been very irregular, if at all. After being examined by my Dr I was told that I was probably not ovulating, or at least not consistantly. Still waiting for baby #4, so I am to start Clomid after AF gets here. Dr told me to take the clomid days 3-7 and to call the office to schedule an ultrasound once AF arrives.

My questions are, do I need POKs or will the Dr be able to tell me if I have O by the u/s? Also, do any of you recommend mucinex/robitussin, baby asprin, or proseed (which I don't know where to get)? Or what did your Drs say??

Thanks! Baby dust to all...

I would recommend you do all of the above! I did. I was terrified of missing something.
