I'm 34, my hormones ok muy husband is ok too.
I have only one ovary, but after stimulation I'm able to get 10 oocytes from it. All mature. Day 1 I got 6 embryos, day 3 just before transfer I only have two.
Nobody tells you for sure what is the problem. Semen, ovarian??? What can we do, more analysis? Different treatment???

You may have already released the other embryos or they may have just been cysts. I would talk with your doctor about what he thinks needs to happen in order to get the most, best quality eggies you can get.

It could be from the way the embryos fragment and divide. During my IVF we got 9 eggs out of 10 follicles and only 3 fertilized. However, not one of the three made it to transfer day. They didn't divide properly and started to regress. Unfortunately there isn't always a clear and clean answer to give.
