Super High CD3 E2 (estradiol)

Hello Fertility Forumers,

I am new to this forum and have been ttc for one year. I am wondering if any of you have had a super high e2 level on cd3 . Mine was 574 mIU/ml with normal FSH and P4 levels. Additionally, I had a very short (shorter that I have ever experienced) cycle of 21days.

I have seen that high e2 can be indicative of peri-menopause, but almost all articles show levels between 100-200...

All comments, most welcome...and good luck to you all!

Did the nurse/Dr. mention that you might have an ovarian cyst? My day 3 E2 was above 500 once, and it was because I had an estrogen producing cyst. Once the cyst was gone, the E2 was back to normal.

I just found out (5 months after the fact!) that my last Day 3 showed E2 levels of 416 (FSH 8.6)!! I know I had another Day 3 test about 8 months before that that was "good" but I never got the numbers. I realize that my RE was very irresponsible for not following up (the nurse told me this as she was scheduling me for IVF injections).

How did you know you had a cyst? Anyone else experience this?
